Ms. Deborah Ann Tensley was born on October 8, 1954, in Jacksonville, Florida to Mr. Willie and Mrs. Ida Mae Tinsley. Ms. Deborah Ann Tinsley was preceded in death by her parents; Mr. Willie and Mrs. Ida Mae Tinsley. Two brothers Willie Simmons, Johnny Lee, and Eugene Williams, and 1 sister Ida Mae Tinsley.

She is survived by Children Gary Reese (Alicia), Nicholas Reese, Peter Reese, and Freddy Reese, Grandchildren, Danita Reese and Christopher Armour. Sisters; Dannie Mae Davis and Alma Green (Leonard) and special cousin, Mintzer Wilson (Melvin); and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
