Kari Young, a bright and loving soul, was born on April 14th, 2017, to her devoted mother, Shaquitta Woolbright. From her early years, Kari attended Sparks Pediatrics School, where she blossomed as a wonderful student, leaving a trail of accomplishments that highlighted her vibrant spirit.
Kari was full of life and had a passion for singing, dancing, and creating beautiful artwork. Her love for the movie Moana brought joy to her heart, and her favorite shows, including Peppa Pig, Abby Hatcher, PJ Masks, and Girlfriends, often filled the room with laughter and delight.
Her infectious smile could light up even the darkest days, and she had a unique ability to make those around her feel cherished and loved. You could always expect a warm greeting from Kari, complete with her signature wave, a heartfelt "hey deaaa," and a sweet farewell filled with "I Love You," accompanied by a wet kiss and a warm hug.
Kari’s love for everyone was truly remarkable. She had a special way of lifting spirits and brightening the lives of those fortunate enough to know her.
Kari is lovingly remembered by her mother, Shaquitta Woolbright, her father, Figured Roy Williams Jr., and her beloved siblings, Kyyah Woolbright and Kayden Williams. She is also survived by her uncles Quontavious Woolbright (Conswella) and Tvario King (Nona), as well as her grandmother, Mrs. Leshania Marshall, who preceded her in death. Additionally, she leaves behind cherished cousins, including Kechelle Boyd, Shalyrics Boyd, Jaiden Woolbright, Alyssia Woolbright, Tvario King Jr., Cevyn Woolbright, and a host of loving aunties, uncles, and dear friends.
Though Kari's time with us was brief, her light will forever shine in the hearts of those who loved her. She will be deeply missed and cherished always.
