Pamela was born on July 26, 1960 in Chicago, IL to Annie Laura Walker Hannah and Charles Meadows. She graduated from Crane High School, thrived in several careers, and married Larry Harges in 2006. Pam was a true Chicagoan who loved Chicago pizza, Garretts popcorn, Buckingham fountain, walks on the beach, dancing in the streets aka the bus stop, and stepping to name a few.  Most of all Pam loved Jesus Christ whom she affectionately called “daddy” and her 2 blessings, Sunshine and Wild boy.  Pam’s true faith and trust in Jesus was ever present by her greeting to one and all of “Good Blessings Indeed”.  After a lifelong battle with cancer, Pamela moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2015 where she continued her fight with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma and WON as she transitioned CANCER FREE!! Pamela joined Impact Church in 2015 and served happily as an Usher. She will be truly and sorely missed.

As a testament to her life and how well she was loved two services have been planned.  A memorial service for the life and loves in Jacksonville, FL and a funeral service for her Chicago loves.

The Jacksonville, FL service is scheduled for Saturday December 1, 2018 at Impact Church 8985 Lonestar Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32211.  The Chicago service will be held on Saturday December 8, 2018 at 11am at Wheatley Funeral Home 400 Pulaski Rd, Calumet City, IL 60409.  A reception will follow, details to be announced.
