Mr. Otis John-Wesley was born October 31, 1968 in Jacksonville, FL to Sylvia Minott and Joseph Bryant. He was a citizen of Tacachale in Gainesville, FL. He was very independent, enjoyed his daily work assignments and going on group trips. He loved being outside and helping others. In his spare time, he would sit in the window and watch the cars go by. He loved to be free.
