Ms. Joelisa R. Cromartie was born on August 6, 1991 in Jacksonville, FL to Vermell T. Raglin and Donald Cromartie. She attended First Coast High School and graduated from State School of Florida. She was employed by TIAA Bank Stadium Florida Bail Bond and was an active member of Arc of Safety Holiness Church. She was well known in her community for excelling in boxing throughout the State of Florida. She also had her own truck cleaning service which was still active at the time of her demise. She was an accomplished tattoo artist and was the favorite Aunt of all her siblings’ children. She is survived by her mother and father, Vermell Raglin and Donald Cromartie; grandmother, Dorothy Cromartie; aunts and uncles, ReGina Calhoun, Antoinette Calhoun, Walter Cromartie, and Alphonso Cromartie; siblings, Victor Jackson, Michelle Jackson, and Roderick Baker; raised as siblings, Lawrence Bethel, Kennethia Mott, DeVaric Mott, Sr., Schelila O. Mott, Rufus Mott, Tyneshia Mott, Keriana A. Calhoun, Krystaal Calhoun, Bilneica Calhoun, and Justice Calhoun. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many sorrowing friends.
