Eunice D Shivers-Turner was born on July 29, 1965 in the beautiful city of Jacksonville, Florida to Ulysee and Beatrice Shivers. She attended Duval County Public Schools and graduated from Edward H. White high school in 1984. On September 2nd, 2007 she married Gregory Turner and they were devoted to each other for 12 years.
She was employed by Grey Hound Bus Services for a vast number of years. She was an active member of Emmanuel Holiness Church where she served as an usher and choir member for over 30 years. She was well known for her beautiful smile, warm embrace, giving heart, and love for her family. She was a loving mother and nurturing grandmother. She loved to travel, laugh, and spend time with her family.
Eunice passed away on August 23, 2020 in Jacksonville, Fl. She is cherished and lovingly survived by her husband: Gregory Turner; sister: Marinda Cave (Leevanda); three sons: Drakkar Shivers (Bam), John Shivers, Darius Shivers (Alyssa); step-daughter: Ana Lane; four grandchildren: Drakkar Shivers Jr, Kamari Shivers, Karmyn Shivers, Keilani Shivers; favorite aunt: Priscilla Mack and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
Eunice was preceded in death by her parents Ulysee and Beatrice Shivers and siblings Johnny Shivers and Denice Thomas.
