William Draper Obituary Mr. William Otis Draper was born on March 15, 1954 In Huntsville, Alabama to Ida Mae and Franklin Draper. He attended Matthew W. Gilbert High School. He later served in the U. S. Army. He was well known in his community for over 50 years as "Boney." Mr. William Draper was preceded in death by His mother, Ida Mae Williams; brother, Car Howard; grandparents, James and Christine Fletcher; uncle, Willie C. Fletcher; aunts, Helen Douglas and Gladys Carter and nephew, Dewayne Shelton, Jr. He is survived by son, Darrell Draper (Emily Anne); grandchildren, Darius Tramane, Tiara Mae and Darrin Elijah of Orlando, Florida; dedicated and caring sisters, Cherry Drummond and Betty Mixson (Marcus); brothers, James Fletcher (Abbie), Dewayne Shelton (Shelton); uncle, Benny Vicars (Linda) of Cincinnati, Ohio; aunt, Earline Vicars; special friend, Dorothy Fisher of Orlando, Florida; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and sorrowed friends.
