MOBLEY, SR. - Mr. Vincent passed away quietly on Feb. 20, 2012 at Shands Hospital after a lengthy illness. He is survived by his Wife of 38 years: Cydell; children, Terri (Lynn, Sr), La'Grata and Vincent, Jr.; grandchildren, Lynn, Jr., Tiara and Jaylen; 9 brothers; 7 sisters and a host of other relatives and many friends.
