Ms. Victoria C. Hall was born on June 20, 1926 in Leesburg, Georgia to Gene and Lula Cross. She met and married Willie Hall. She was employed by Duval Laundry for over 30 years. She was well known in her community for Mrs. Waxy. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Jimmy Cross and Jessie Porter. She is survived by her children, Jessie Kate (Charles), Janell, Jeanette, Daisy Lee, Gwen Kittles Constance, Brenda Gail, Darlene, Sammy Lee Fleming; brothers and sisters, Jannie Harris, Henry Cross, Mary Wooden (Otis), Doretha, Higdon, Martha Hendon and Claude Cross; 29 grandchildren; 63 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
