Vanessa Rivers Obituary Ms. Vanessa Rivers was born on August 24,1971 in Thomasville, GA at John D. Archbold Memorial Hospital to Wilma McCloud. She attended Howard Academy and graduated from William M. Raines High School. She was employed by Bank Of America for several years. Her family church was New Mount Moriah AME Church were she held membership. She was a loving caring person, devoted to her children and known in the community for helping others. Vanessa transitioned from earth to reward on June 23, 2021 at Saint Vincent South Community Hospice. She was preceded in death by her grandmother Shellie Rivers, grandfather Robert T. Rivers, aunts Mildred Kirkland, Annie D. Hargrove, and uncle Robert Rivers Jr. She leaves to cherish her memory daughters, Shantrell Richardson and Mikala Graham; sons, Mikale Graham and Jamari Graham; mother Wilma McCloud; brother Eric Rivers; sisters Sheneka Rivers, Katorri Rivers James and Sheila Norton; grandchildren, Janiya Graham, Aubrei Henderson and Ashton White; aunts, Mae S. Rivers and Teresa Rivers; niece, Kimora Edwards and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
