Torrah Williams Obituary Ms. Torrah Patrice Williams, also known as "Tara" was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. Tara was the epitome of a loving mother, sister, auntie and most importantly friend. She was quick to forgive, no matter what the issue may have been. She had a passion for cooking and really enjoyed cooking soul food. Tara was the most caring person. She was always giving and willing to help anyone and her doors were always open. Everyone knew that Tara was always a phone call away.. Tara was preceded in death by her mother, Patricia Williams, and her nephew, Lorenzo Solomon. Tara leaves the joy of her memories to be cherished by her beautiful children; Michael Rodman, James Jennings, and Zariyah Dixon; father, Lorenzo Brown; grandmother, Altamese Ford; sisters, Debra Solomon & Monique Brown; brothers, Elijah & Marion Brown; nieces and nephew, Kenya, Carlos, & Dornicia Solomon; great nieces and nephews, Ronnie, Kemonnie, Lenijua, Lorenzo Jr., Iylanna, Carlise, Paisley, and a host of relatives and friends.
