Tony Marvin Lowry, Sr

Tony Marvin Lowry, Sr. 'Sonny Boy' was born December 20, 1962 in Jacksonville Florida to the late Jimmie Lee Jr and Christine William Lowry. He was the youngest of eight to this union. He was preceded in death by his parents, son Antwain Devon Lowry Sr., sister Pauline Lowry and his sister-in-law Vickie Renee Lewis on April 6, 2013. Tony was called home to be with the Lord. Tony was educated by Duval County School system. He worked for 21 years at Gate Petroleum and 5 years as a Long Shoremen. Tony was loved by everyone anywhere. Tony will be remembered for his smile and his cooking. Tony was known for the love he had for his family and friends. He leaves to cherish his memories, devoted wife of 32 years Robin Yvette Lowry, son Tony Marvin Lowry Jr.; brothers: Edward Lowry (Anita) of Compton CA, Henry Lewis Lowry (Jacquelyn), Lawrence Lewis Lowry (Yvonne) of Jacksonville FL; Sisters: Lizzie Mae Doss (Willie), Mildred L Butts (Thomas) of Uniondale NY and Linda Jean Lowry of Jacksonville Fl; six grandchildren: Antwain Jr, Takeyiah Twanese, Shakiya, Tony Marvin III, Zykerria and Tavarion. A devoted mother-in-law, Willie Mae Burns; Brothers-in-laws: Bryon (Keisha) Burns and Tony Lewis, sisters-in-laws: Andrey Green and Tanga Smith; Aunts: Emma Sanders of Jacksonville FL, Frankie Cobbs, Hattie Lowry of Augusta GA, Julia Ross (James) of Uniondale NY; Uncles: Eugene Lowry (Gwen) of Augusta GA, Freddie Lowry (Margie), William Lowry of Ft Lauderdale FL, Ottis Williams of Savannah GA. A host of nieces, nephews and friends.
