Tiffney V. Harrell (Tipzy) was born November 15, 1971 in North Carolina to Thelma Thornton. Tiffney attended public school in Jacksonville, Florida. Tiffney departed this life on March 1, 2015. Tiffney was preceded in death by her grandmother, Carrie Pretlow and her father, Joe. Tiffney leaves her cherished memories to her companion, Arthur Marrow; daughter, Latasha (Brian)Williams; her mother, Thelma (Joe); her brother, Randall (Ollie); step sisters; Cookiee, Rica (Dirrick), Cathy; step brothers, Fonzie, Bruce and Tony Thornton and a host of other loving family and sorrowing friends.
