Telia Toaltoan

Telia Ann Toaltoan, 23, of Jacksonville, FL., passed away tragically on Tuesday, December 4, 2012. Born in Lancaster, PA., she was the daughter of the Sonya Pannell of Jacksonville, FL and Theodore Toaltoan Sr. of Parkesburg, PA. Telia was a beloved daughter, mother, sister, aunt, and friend to all. She loved children and was a second mother to her nieces, nephews and friends' children. She was very loving and caring and will be missed by many for the love and endless helpfulness she shared. Telia loved the beach, and learning to cook new things. Her outgoing nature and seemingly never-ending ability to love will be missed by all who knew her. Telia was preceded in death by her brother Trey Allen Toaltoan, maternal grandmother, Ruthann Toaltoan, maternal grandfather, Frank Toaltoan, and paternal grandfather, Harold Toaltoan, Sr. Telia is survived by her sons, Derrion Trey and Trey Allen of Jacksonville, FL, her mother, Sonya Pannell of Jacksonville, FL, her father, Theodore Toaltoan Sr. (Spouse Debra), of Parkesburg, PA, her sister, Kishrondra Petruska (Spouse Douglas) of Jacksonville, FL, Her paternal grandmother, Carol Toaltoan, her maternal great-grandmother, Ruth Watkins, her nieces, Aiyana and Kaia Petruska, her nephews, Trevon, Jaden, and Elijah Petruska, and many other extended family members.
