Stella Rhome

Ms. Stella Rhome was born on July 14, 1946 in Liberty, South Carolina to Robert Cade and Julia Ferguson. She met and married Paul Rhome. She was an active member of St. Jude Baptist Church where she served as Church Treasurer. She was well known in her community for being sweet-thus being dubbed the name, "Aunt Sweet." She is survived by her ex-husband, Paul Rhome; daughter, Valerie Rhome; son, Anthony (Ninon) Rhome; grandchildren, Trinity and Zarria Rhome; sisters, Katherine King and Rebecca Fuller; brothers, William Hicks, Perry Hicks and Popa Hicks; nephews, Jeffrey Valentine, Reginald Valentine and Willie K. Billups; niece, Kimberly Austin (who she raised as her own) and a host of other loving relatives and sorrowing friends.
