Stacy Harper

• Ms. Stacy “Red” Harper, daughter of the late James Harper and Willie Mae Harper, was born on January 25, 1963.

Throughout her life, Stacy worked in the healthcare field, dedicating herself to caring for others. She was best known for her vibrant, firecracker spirit—there was never a dull moment when she entered a room.

• She was preceded in death by her brothers, Gregory Jerome Harper and Bruce Ricardo Harper and also her nephew, Ruben Bell.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished by her twin sister, Tracy Harper-Lane; her niece, Stephani Bell-Walker; her nephew, Je’mone Walker; three grand-nieces, Christina Cummings, Ciera Cummings, and Samiyah Bell; and two grand-nephews, Chacelon Walker and Cayden Ross along with a host of friends who loved her dearly.
