Shawn Maurice Frazier 22, of Jacksonville FL, passed away at home on December 9, 2012. Shawn Maurice Frazier was born in Jacksonville, FL on July 7, 1990. He attended Jean Ribault Senior High School. Shawn is survived by wife Michelle Frazier, parents Jacquleyn Carroll / Janet Frazier, Four Sisters and Two Brothers-Linda Brimmer, Bertha Rogers (Anthony), Sherrod Frazier Sr. (Quanetta), SharRonda Frazier-Scott (Joshua) Sheddick Coleman, Sharray Turner, Three Children Shawn M Frazier Jr, Gabriel Frazier and Sarah Maurissa Frazier, Two Step Children Danisha Phillips and Andrew Ray, Host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Shawn is preceded in death by Sister Annquenetta Parker and Grand Father Leartis Frazier
