Proceeded in death by siblings: Michelle Mills and John Wesley Mills. Rosetta was a loving spouse and mother whom chose to be a homemaker to raise her children. Rosetta is survived by her spouse Thomas Simmons of 49 years. Her children: Ralph, Thomas, Jeffery (Jamia), Anthony, Charles, Reginald and Mary. 12 grandchildren. Siblings: Margie ONeil, Leon Mills Jr., James Mills, Vernell Mills, Patricia Hardison, Ricky Mills, Danny K. Mills, Dorothy Mills and Jacqueline Mills and a host of nieces and nephews.
