Robert Brown Jr. Obituary Robert Charles Brown, Jr. was born on January 7, 1992 in Jacksonville, Florida to Robert and Elizabeth Brown. He has had Cerebral Palsy since birth. He attended Easter Seals Child Development Center, and Mt. Herman Exceptional Student Center. He also attended Add to Life Adult Day Care Center. Robert loved to smile, and taught those around him compassion, empathy, kindness, patience, and love. He will be forever in our hearts. He is survived by his father Robert C.
