Richard Allen Barkley, Jr.

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Richard Allen Barkley, Jr., who departed this life on December 12, 2025, at the age of 53. Born on January 16, 1972, Richard filled his years with memories that will remain cherished by all who knew him.

Richard's legacy will be honored during visitation services, which will take place on December 18, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at C. L. Page Mortuary, located at 3031 Moncrief Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209. Following the visitation, a Celebration of Life will commence at the same venue at 6:00 PM, providing an opportunity for family and friends to come together to remember and celebrate Richard’s impact on their lives.

As we gather to commemorate Richard, we hold on to the joy and kindness he brought into our world. He will be missed dearly.
