Rayfield Delesley

Mr. Rayfield Delesley, 70, passed away on June 8, 2012. He was born in Nassau County to Mr. Ben Delesley and Ms. Delphine Samms on March 30, 1942. Mr. Delesley served 21 years in the United States Army. Later he worked 29 years as a truck driver. He is survived by his wife, of 46 years, Mary Delesley; son, Ray, Jr.; daughters, Rhonda (Andre) Dent and Monica Delesley; grandchildren, Shamira Delesley, Jonathan Puga, Britney Sevain and Lei'Lani Dent; sisters, Frances (Charles) Edwards, Doris Delesley, Alice Gloria Delesley and Loretha (Kenneth) Way; brothers, Emanuel Delesley and J. W. (Maureen) Delesley; sisters-in-law, Bertha Stephens, Geraldine Price, Ida Patterson, Ceola (Robert) Jones and Ms. Benny Alderman; brothers-in-law, Harry Jacobs and Lemuel Jacobs; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, favorite cousin, Carl (Arrie) Kirkland and numerous friends.
