With heartfelt sympathy, We, the staff of C. L. Page Mortuary, announce the passing of Ray Bell Jacobs, Jr., who departed this world on February 7, 2026, at the age of 61. Born on June 15, 1964, Ray was a cherished individual whose impact on those around him will be fondly remembered.

Ray’s life journey led him to touch many hearts, and he will be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. The warmth of his presence, coupled with his genuine kindness, made him a beloved figure in the lives of his family and friends.

To honor and celebrate Ray's life, visitation will be held at Scottish Rites Masonic Cathedral located at 29 West 6th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206, on February 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Following the visitation, a graveside service will take place at Restlawn Cemeteries, located at 3301 Moncrief Road, Jacksonville, FL, 32209, on February 21, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM.
