A Time to Love..Mr.Randy was a loving husband, father, son, brother, nephew, and friend. A Time of Peace.. He leaves behind a loving and devoted wife: Cassandra Hayes ; six beautiful children: Jordan Benefield, Raneshia Parker, Randy Parker Jr. , Randarise Parker, Randell Parker, RanReco Parker; siblings: Ernestine McCoy(Lawrence), Kathy Parker, Major Parker, Anthony Parker(who preceded him in death), Jefferey Parker; grandchildren: Riley Parker, Skylar Parker, Karter Parker and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and endearing friends.
