Patricia A. Watkins

Patricia Ann Watkins, Born of Louise Allen and Thomas Matthews on July 14, 1957, in Montgomery, Alabama. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family and friends in Jacksonville, Florida, on the morning of April 21, 2025, after a long illness.

Know as Auntie Pat and Mama Pat to many. She is survived by her husband: Dexter Mincey; sisters: Martha and Sylvia; brother: Lester; neices: Tanjah, Porshe, Ashley, Natasha, Bianca, and Leslie; as well as her nephew: Cahare.

She was loved by so many and will be missed deeply. Arrangements are to be held at a later date.
