Louise Romaine (Townsend)

We, the C. L. Page Mortuary Staff, respectfully announce the passing of Louise Romaine (Townsend), who departed this life on January 16, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on May 13, 1952, Louise was a cherished member of her community and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Louise’s life was one marked by kindness, compassion, and a commitment to nurturing the relationships that enriched her life. Though she is no longer with us, her spirit and memories will continue to inspire those who remain.

A Visitation will be held in her honor on January 30, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at C. L. Page Mortuary, located at 3031 Moncrief Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209. This will provide friends and family the opportunity to pay their respects.

A Celebration of Life service will take place the following day, January 31, 2026, at 11:00 AM at Greater Mt Salem Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2335 Moncrief Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209. This gathering will be a time to reflect on the joy Louise brought into the lives of those she touched, celebrate her legacy, and find comfort in the company of loved ones.
