Ola Mae Hill

Mrs. Ola Mae Hill was born in Reynolds, Georgia,June 7, 1923 to the late Robert Lee Hill, and Rutha Mae Walker. Her husband, Edgar Lee Hill, Sr. and her parents, 2 sons, Edgar Lee Hill, Jr. and Farntanza (Terry) Hill, preceded her in death. Mrs. Hill came to Jacksonville at 18 years of age and resided here for 72 years. She accepted the Lord Jesus as her personal savior at an early age and was a member of Mt. Aarat and Greater Macedonia Baptist Church for many years. Mrs. Hill loved children and was employed with Hope Haven Children's Hospital for 15 years. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory, a loving family; her daughters Evangelist Jacqueline Neal (Donell), Mrs. Beverly Stephens (Winton), Ms. Angela Hill, Ms. Tonya Hill ("her baby"); daughter-in law Mary Angeline Hill; sisters-in-law, Martha Hill, Lorene Hill, Dorothy Johnson; brothers-in-law, Percy Hill of Eufaula, Alabama,Jesse Hill of Dayton, Ohio; 11 grandchildren, Julian Jordan (Linda), Sherri and DeborahJordan, Kenneth Blane, Byron Hill, Danielle Hill, DaJuane McIntyre, Kimberly Hill, Farntanza Hill, TarviaJoyner (Keith), Andrea Collier (Keith); 11 great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
