Martha Henry Carter Obituary Mrs. Martha Carter was born on March 2, 1948 in Jacksonville, FL to John and Leila Bevel. She attended Stanton Vocational High School. She met and married Isaac Carter. She was employed by Jacksonville International Airport for many years. She was well known for her beautiful smile and her dance moves, yes she danced ! She cherished her all her grandchildren keeping pictures and memories close. She is survived by Isaac Carter (deceased), Sharon Bell (Daughter), Jocelyn Bell (grand-daughter), Shante Bell (grand-daughter), Three sisters Mary Bevel, Annie Jean Weathers, and Norma Jean Somerset, two brothers John Bevel Jr, Larry Bevel, Robert Lee Bevel (deceased) Best Friends Shorty and Linda. She has 8 great grandchildren Malaia Stephens, Joseph Baker, Briana James, Laniya Rozier, Chasity Hill, Monte Hill, Kymani Hill and Nevaeh Marie (deceased) and also to include a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and close friends.
