Malinda Huffman Frazier

'I Have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.' II Timothy 4:7 Mrs. Malinda Frazier, 66, of Jacksonville, Florida celebrated her home going with the Lord on November 4, 2016. She was born March 5, 1950 in Jacksonville, Florida to George and Geneva Huffman. She was educated in the local schools of Duval County, graduating from Stanton Vocational. Mrs. Frazier worked for the Duval County School Board for over 35 years. She loved to travel with her road partner Doris Taylor. She also enjoyed good food and meeting people with a warm loving smile. She has been a steadfast member of First Timothy Baptist Church for more than twenty years. During her tenure at First Timothy, she served in many capacities, Hospitality Committee, Bags of Love, Singles, Pastorial and N Christ 4 Life Ministries. Mrs. Frazier was predeceased by her siblings, Posteen Corney and Melvin Chapman and son, Charles C. Woodard. Among those who will always cherish her memory is her devoted son, Walter Frazier; Loving cousin and caregiver, Doris Taylor; granddaughter, Tawaski Frazier; one great grandson; A devoted companion of 30 plus years, Robert Ammons; Lifelong friends Sylvia Smith, Dorothy Lawson and Essie Albertie; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and sorrowing friends. 'All the pain and grief is over, every restless tossing passed. I am now at peace forever, safely home in Heaven at last.'
