Levertis Fowler, Jr. Obituary Mr. Levertis W. Fowler, Jr. was born on September 3, 1997 in Jacksonville, Florida to Levertis Fowler, Sr. and Chiquita Moorehead. He attended Atlantic Coast High School. He was employed at McDonalds for two years of service. He attended True Holiness Church. Levertis was well known in his community for being a hard working young man and always taking care of his family. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Marvin Smith and Patricia Fowler. Levertis is survived by his son, Raylin Anthony Fowler; parents, Levertis Walter Fowler, Sr. and Chiquita Moorehead; brother, Ion Andrews; sisters, Shania, Nydricka, Chiquita and K`eyanna Moorehead; grandmother, Linda Smith; aunts, Kristy Smith, Delores Fowler, Belinda Cash and Lalita Lovett; uncles, Marvin and Maurice Smith; great aunties and uncles, Brenda, Roselyn Bell, Mable Powell, Tommy John Bell, Charles(Sandra), Joseph(Rose) and Grissen Tanner; nieces, Jniii and Jnya Moss; loving cousins, Zynariahia Durgin and Amia Woods; a loving Godmother, Meltonia Green and a very special friend, Reagan Cook.
