Lee Ray Robinson

August 5, 1928 — January 5, 2013

Brother Lee Ray Robinson Sr., was born August 5. 1928, to the spiritually blessed union of the late Franklin and Melta Lee (Woolbright) Robinson. Brother Lee and his three siblings suffered the loss of their mother at an early age. The family later moved from Sanderson (Baker County) Florida to Jesup Georgia. A strict, loving and religious rearing reinforced through Wayne County's Public School System enriched his life greatly. Bro. Robinson and Rose Lillian (Snowden) Robinson (the absolute love of his life), were avid basketball players during their high school days. This relationship produced a bond of a love that began the lives of 5 daughters and 1 son. A true Patriarch, he was tirelessly dedicated to his wife, children and community. He was a "jack of all trades' and admired by many. Brother Lee Ray Robinson Sr., was born August 5. 1928, to the spiritually blessed union of the late Franklin and Melta Lee (Woolbright) Robinson.
