Lafrances Marie Easter

LaFrances Easter Obituary It is with great sadness the family of LaFrances Marie Easter announces her passing. LaFrances was born on August 25, 1950, the sixth child of Amanda and George William Easter. She was christened and raised in Simpson United Methodist Church. As a member of The National Honor Society, LaFrances excelled in education graduating from William Marion Raines High School, class of 68. She received a Scholarship and graduated from Florida Junior College with an Associate of Arts degree. In 1977 she began her career with Delta Airlines as a Reservations Agent in Jacksonville. Furthering her career with Delta, she transferred to Atlanta becoming a Ticket Sales Agent. After 30 years of service she retired from Delta Airlines. She was kind, giving and loved people. LaFrances loved to cook and bake, family and friends looked forward to her spoiling them with various types of desserts. LaFrances also stayed busy after her retirement from Delta. She worked part time for State Farm/Phillips Arena wherein she served as a Concierge for various Atlanta professional sports teams, concerts and conventions. LaFrances was preceded in death by her parents and sister Catherine. She leaves to cherish her memory a devoted son Damian D. Wyatt, three sisters; Barbara Stubbs, Evelyn Thompson (Roger), Verdie Brewton; two brothers, George Easter (Judy), Warren Easter (Gwen); seven nephews; Alpha Edwards, Dacardo King (Crystal), Ronald King, Eric Easter, Paul Newman, Damont Easter and Shawn Easter, two nieces; Tanya Easter, Renelda Stubbs grandnephews, grandnieces, cousins and a host of other relatives and many friends.
