Kenneth Paul, Jr. Obituary Kenneth Wayne Paul Jr., age 46, of Jacksonville, FL, was born November 12, 1977, in Geneva, AL to his loving mother Belinda Cotton Tallie and father Kenneth Wayne Paul Sr. Wayne answered the call of our Heavenly Father on Monday, August 26, 2024. From kindergarten to 2nd grade Wayne attended school in Walton County FL. His family moved to Jacksonville, FL where he continued his formal education, graduating from Robert E. Lee High School, (Riverside) with the class of 1996. Wayne excelled in the classroom as well as on the football field. After his high school graduation, Wayne was self-employed for a number of years owning Right Touch Tile Company. His last employment was with Good Year Tire Company, Jacksonville FL. Wayne met and married the love of his life Sandra Duhart on January 23, 2003. He was proceeded in death by his stepfather, Anthony E. Tallie, maternal grandparents, Henry & Mary Lou Cotton, paternal grandfather, Rosevelt Paul, maternal great grandparents, Abraham & Alma Russ, paternal great grandparents, Isaac & Rena Haisley, aunt, Brenda Kaye Paul, son, Jamal Duhart, mother & father-in-law, Lenora & Roxay Lockhart, brother-in-law, Levester Lockhart.
