Kelvin Thomas Obituary Mr. Kelvin "Kelvo" Thomas was born on November 12, 1984 in Jacksonville, Florida to Calvin Thomas and Eugenia Parnell. Kelvin attended Duval County Public Schools. He was a loving father to his children, who were his pride and joy. The love he had for his family and friends never went unnoticed. His contagious smile and sense of humor will be greatly missed. Kelvin leaves to cherish his memories and is survived by his mother, Eugenia Parnell; father, Calvin Thomas; children, Khylece-Amari, Kelvin Anquan, Jr., and Kaylor Vanessa Thomas; brothers, Johnnie Johnson, Jr. and Olajuwon Parnell; aunts, Thomasa, Corliss, Marion, Yvette, Wanda, and Mary; uncles, Willie, Edward, and Richard; a host of many other relatives and forever friends, among them Mary Smith and Berniece Bartley.
