Judy Crawford-Harris

CRAWFORD-HARRIS - Ms. Judy, Ms. Judy W. C Harris was born on Dec. 24, 1931 in St. Simons Island, GA to Samuel Wing and Sophie Loman. She attended Stanton High School, FAMU and graduated from Stanton High School class of June 1950 as a Valedictorian, and also graduated from FAMU in 1954. She was a former spouse to John L Harris. She was employed by Duval County School Board for 30 + years of service. She was well known in her community for her passion in education. She loved GOD, family, reading, music, and was a marathon runner. She is survived by her brother, Joseph Crawford; her daughter, Deborah M. Harris; granddaughters, Nichole (Derek) Jones, Judy Harris and Sophia Standley; 6 great grands; nieces and nephews, Carol Thomas, Charles (Clarissa) Thomas, Jacquelyn Haynes, Letrice Maxwell, Odell Carter and a host of other nieces, nephews and friends.
