Joyce Travis Stills Obituary Mrs. Joyce Y. Travis Stills was born August 10, 1944 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Mr. Charlie Frazier and Mable Frazier. She attended public school in Jacksonville Florida. She furthered her education and successfully worked at Pine Castle as a therapist until she retired. She was known in the community for always being there for others. She was a member of Zion Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Jacksonville, Florida. She was preceded in Death by her Parents Mable and Charlie Frazier, her Husband Mr. Neal A. Stills, Brother Mr. Charles E. Frazier, and Daughter Tinese L. Daniely. Joyce Leaves to Cherish her Precious Memories: Daughter Tonya Travis Stills, Sons George Brinson Jr., and Algernon Brown, Sisters Ms. Charlene Hayes, and Jackie Frazier (Rickey). Grandchildren: Tinese Brinson, Brittany Longley, Clarene Longley Jr. Nieces: Anita Hayes, Kimberly Brown (Michael), Nekia Frazier. Nephew: Charles Henderson. Sister-in-law: Mrs. Kim Frazier.
