Joyce Lawson Obituary Joyce Vanessa Lawson was born May 12th, 1959, to the late Richard Jones Sr. & Sula mae Johns Hines (George William Hines Sr.) in Jacksonville, Fl. Giving her life to Christ at an early age. She then went on to graduate from Robert E Lee high school. Making it her mission to help and serve others. Through her journey of life, she gave birth to two handsome Identical twin boys Javarus & Davarus Lawson the year of 1988 whom she loved dearly with all her heart. Joy was known for her unwavering love and appreciation for her Grandchildren and family, more than anything they held a special place in her heart. She met the love of her life Robert Vicks jr in which she didn't know would be her happily ever after. The two of them took on new beginnings in the city of Pennsylvania, PA where she continued to dance and be the life of the party, until her final resting day. Joyce departed from life here on earth Sunday January 7, 2024. She was Preceded in death by her mother Sula Mae Johns Hines (George William Hines Sr.), Brothers; Richard Jones Jr, George William Hines Jr, Sisters; Georgia Mae Barnes. Grandson Davarus Lawson jr.
