John Davis Blue, Sr

Mr. John D. Blue was born on March 13, 1922 in Camilla, Georgia to Mattie and West Blue. He met and married Versey Gray. He was employed by Merita Bread for many years of service. He was an active member of Sweetfield Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a faithful member. He was well known in his community and loved by many. He was preceded in death by his wife, Versey Gray and sons, Arlee Floyd and Henry Barnes. John D. Blue is survived by Gwendolyn Blue ,John (Beatrice) Blue Jr., Otis (Dee Dee) Gray, Venitrice (Anthony)Wynn, Venetrice Gray, 15 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and sorrowing friends.
