Janis Rivers Obituary Janis Ann Rivers gained her wings on August 13, 2020. Janis Ann Rivers was born on August 11,1956 in Jacksonville, FL to Johnnie and Delois Lamar Rivers. She received her education from Stanton High School. She was employed in hospitality for over 25 years. She was a mother of two sons, who she loved dearly. She was reunited with the love of her life, Authur Walker. Janis leaves behind Father Johnnie and Delois Lamar Rivers; her love Authur Walker; Proceed in death Johnnie Rivers, Carlos Rivers. brothers Florentino Rivers and Tito Rivers (Lessie Rivers); She is survived by her sisters Angela Leven, Rosa Rivers, Jackquline Rivers, Michelle Rivers, Felisha Groover, and Adoria Rivers; her children, Keith Rivers and Shaw Rivers (Charlene Rivers). Grandchildren: Chris King, Danny Rivers, Shanice Rivers, Shaw Rivers, Valerie Rivers and Keith Rivers. Janis was devoted to her family. She enjoyed life to the fullest and everyone knew she was the life of the party. Her life will always be cherished by a host of nieces, nephews, cousin, many relatives and friends.
