Janice Marie Riley Howell

Mrs. Janice M. Riley-Howell was born in Memphis, TN on June 10, 1962 to parents Richard Sr. and Rebecca Riley. She was a graduate of Northside High School and Shelby State Community College. She moved to Jacksonville, FL in 1987 and was employed by Urban Jacksonville Meal on Wheels. She met and married Andre Victor Howell, her husband of 26 years in Jacksonville, Florida.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents Richard Sr. and Rebecca Riley, sister Vickie Mills, brothers Richard Riley Jr. and Danny Riley, and step grandson Miguel Watson Jr.

She leaves to mourn her passing, her faithful and loving husband Andre Howell. Stepchildren Terrance, James and Jasmine Howell. Her beloved step grandchildren Devan, Terrance Jr., Eurasia, Yasmine, Princess Nisa, Cerae’, Khari, Kennae, and Ermias; one brother John H. Smith, five sisters Sandra Riley, Reda Riley-Beal (Reggie), Phyllis Riley-Twilley, Anita Riley-Biles (Willie), and Glenda Riley-Young. Her father and mother-in-law James and Gloria Howell, brother-in-law Tarone Williams (Harriett), sisters-in-laws, Donna Stewart, Marcia Smith (Lorenzo), Sharon Robinson (Kenneth), Belinda Huggins (William), and Rhonda Brown along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and best friend Willie Mae Duckett.
