Ines Francois Obituary Ines Francois went home to Jesus on Saturday, July 11, 2020. Ines was born to Adelia and Steven Francois on June 23rd ,1931 in Cap-Haitian, Haiti. One night on the way from church she met Louis Desamours, together they had seven kids and all of whom predeceased her. She was a true servant of God. Ines served the Lord faithfully even when she was suffering. She always praised God. No matter how difficult a situation was, she always found a way to stay positive. She had a unique way of making people feel happy and comfortable around her. Ines liked to share joyful stories. You could see the sparkle in her eyes as if the scenes happened yesterday. She was a great mother, a great grandmother but above all a great friend to everyone. Her passion to sing was remarkable. She took the prize for being obsessed with dressing in "all white" every first Sunday for the holy communion. Dressing up and pleasing God made her feel proud and special in her own way. Her love was unconditional to everyone except the devil, she hated him. She left traces of memories with anybody who had a chance to know her. But today, she is no longer with us. Her efforts and sacrifices as a mother, her overprotection and support as a grandmother, her love and smile as a friend will remain engraved in our hearts forever. Sister Ines Francois is preceded in death by her seven children Issac Desamours, Ernest Desamours, Amos Desamours, Elius Desamours, Jean-Rene Desamours, Lorlotte Desamours, and Fonise Desamours. She is survived by her ten grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren. She leaves to mourn a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and loving church members.
