With heartfelt sympathy, We, the staff of C. L. Page Mortuary, mourn the passing of Icaphine Wilbern, who departed this life on February 11, 2026, at the age of 69. Icaphine was born on September 22, 1956, and throughout her life, she touched the hearts of many with her kindness, generosity, and unwavering spirit.

As we gather to honor her memory, we invite all who knew and loved Icaphine to join us for a Visitation on February 20, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Scottish Rites Masonic Cathedral, located at 29 West 6th Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. This will be an opportunity for family and friends to come together, share stories, and reflect on the beautiful impact Icaphine had on our lives.

Following the Visitation, we will celebrate her remarkable life with a Celebration of Life service on February 21, 2026, commencing at 1:00 PM, also at the Scottish Rites Masonic Cathedral. It is our hope that this gathering will bring comfort and solace to all who gather, as we remember the love and joy that Icaphine brought into our world.

Icaphine will be missed dearly, but her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who cherished her. May her soul rest in peace.
