Hilda Smith, Sr. Obituary Mr. Hilda L. Smith, Sr was born on September 15, 1931 in Dublin, Georgia to Billy and Ida Mae Smith. He was employed with ILA for 42 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents; Billy and Ida Mae Smith and son Eddy Smith. He is survived by his sons: Ed, Tony, and Billy; grandchildren: Christal, Mark, Markita, Tequila, and Chanel; 12 great-grandchildren, and a host of loving family members.
