Harold Carter, Jr. Obituary Harold Cecil Carter Jr. was born on February 9, 1967, in Jacksonville, Fl. to Mrs. Lizzie B. Carter-Mobley and Mr. Harold Cecil Carter Sr. He attended Jean Ribault High School where he was a dedicated member of the JROTC and the graduating Class of 1985. Harold was well known for his loving and bubbly spirit. In addition, he acquired some nicknames over the years and just to name a few, he went by: "paper thin", "Red", "Legs", "Papa" and one of his favorite names to be called was "Daddy". Harold was a very hard worker and before his untimely illness was employed by the City of Jacksonville, RC Cola & Builders and First Source is where he gained many friendships that he will forever cherish. Harold is preceded in death by both his paternal and maternal grandparents; father Harold Cecil Carter Sr. brother in law James Wise and his loving wife Yolanda Joshua-Carter. He is survived by his children Danyle Carter, Jontavios Pickett (Debbie), loving and devoted mother Lizzie B Mobley, mother in law Delores Williams, grandchildren: Dwane Lee, Macsten Pickett, Zaylee Cuomo, Siblings: Nathaniel Wallace, Clarence Wallace (Sophia), Patricia Carter-Wise, Maurice Mobley (Demetis), Charles Carter(Catherine), in laws: Derek Joshua (Jessica), LaToya Witherspoon, Shacara Williams, Robert Ingram, and a host of loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, god children other relatives and close friends Services Visitation Friday August 20, 2021 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM C.
