Ms. Eloise Parsons was born June 24,1924 to her late parents Louis Jake and Hester Matthews of Kingstree, SC. On November 12,2016 Mrs. Parsons departed this life with a brief illness. Mrs. Elosie Parsons was married to the late Aaron Parsons both moved and resided in Jacksonville Fl. She and her late husband Aaron raised a son Eliah Washington of Wilmington NC.
