A visitation in honor of Daisy Smith will be held on January 16, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Greater Mt Salem Missionary Baptist Church, located at 2335 Moncrief Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209. This gathering will provide family and friends an opportunity to come together, share memories, and celebrate the remarkable life she led.

The following day, January 17, 2026, will mark a Celebration of Life service, commencing at 1:00 PM at the First Samuel Missionary Baptist Church, situated at 3333 Franklin Street, Jacksonville, FL 32206. This celebration will serve as a heartfelt tribute to Daisy's legacy, bringing together all whose lives she enriched.
