WILLIAMS - Ms. Clara Mae Williams, 76, passed away on Dec. 4, 2011. She is preceded in death by sister, Mildred Sheppard and brother, Willie C. Sheppard. She is survived by daughters, Arvia, Angela, Ursulsa and Stacy; 9 grandchildren; 5 great grands; a host of nieces and nephews.
