Charles Kenneth Ford, Sr.

Charles Kenneth Ford, Sr., 7, passed away on Wednesday, May 17, 2017 at St. Vincent's Hospital Jacksonville, Florida. He was born in Jacksonville, Florida on November 16, 1944 to the late Mr. Horace Ford and Susie Mae Blount Young. He was preceded in death by his parents, Susie Mae Blount Young and Horace Ford; his daughter Pamela Ford Bush and sisters, Gloria Jean Johnson and Irene S. Moore. Charles leaves to cherish his memories a son, Charles Ford, Jr. (Nakia); daughters, Tamika Shanks and Anjelica Ford; grandsons, Charles, III., Joshua, Jason, Kyrie and KeJuan; granddaughter, Ke'Mari; sisters, Anita Ford and Patricia Watts and a host of other loving relatives and sorrowing friends.
