Camilla Smith-Hutchins Obituary Camilla Elizabeth Smith-Hutchins was born August 30,1967, in Jacksonville, Florida to the proud parents, Carl and Irene Frederick. There were three children included in the union and Camilla was the eldest. Camilla was educated in Duval County private school Coopers Academy until high school where she attended William M. Raines. Camilla graduated from ACT in 1999 as a Certified Medical Assistant. She worked for Baptist Primary Clinic where she enjoyed working in the medical field; but her true passion was being a Tax Enrolled Agent providing tax services to many throughout Jacksonville for 30 years. Camilla was known to many as "Milla or Ci-Ci" and to her grandchildren as "Mimi". Camilla was married to her 1st husband Paul Smith (1983 -1988). Years later she married her beloved David L. Hutchins on April 25,2004. The two shared a wonderful life together of 18 years. Camilla departed from life Thursday, October 17, 2024. She was preceded in death by her youngest son, Christopher L. Smith, and her husband David L. Hutchins. Camilla leaves to cherish and celebrate her memories; parent Deacon Carl Sr. and Min. Irene Frederick; sister Robin Frederick; brother Min. Carl (Vanessa) Frederick II; children Irene Smith, Tracy Smith, and Gary Smith; grandchildren Bernarldo Perry II, Christina Smith, Tauteauna Smith, Tracy Smith Jr., and Nyla Hill; nephews Joshua (Joia) Shafer and Carl Frederick III; nieces Irene Shafer, Stacie Shafer, Naomi Russell, Janae Frederick, Faith Frederick, Samantha Fair and Barbara Fair. Uncle Bishop Lewis (Bernadette) Williams; Aunts Joann Castor, Katherine Tobie, and Jean Frederick and her special cousin(sister) Tina Tyson. Along with a host of cousins, other family members and friends.
