Betty Jean Felton

Mrs. .Betty Jean Felton was born on June 19, 1943 in Jacksonville, Florida to the late Millie Lee Stokes-Brown and Eddie Brown, Sr. She attend the local `public schools. She was married to the late James Paul Felton for over 30yrs. She was an active member at Community Freewill Baptist Church where she knew and loved the Lord. She was a loving and gentle person that had a kind heart for everyone. She was preceded in death by her brothers Johnnie Mac Brown and Alphonso Brown.. She leaves to mourn and cherish her memories her children, Jeannetta Bailey (William), Gail Thomas (Raynarde), Sharon Johnson (Clifford) and Louis Horace Adams, IV; grandchildren, Patrice, Chandrika, Shiqueta, Renetique, Keshia, Anthony, Stanley, Louis, Christopher, Emmanuel, Kelly and Chad; siblings, Geneva Brown (Willie), Eddie Brown, Jr.(Alice), Shirley Ann Brown, Joann Stapleton (Leon), Margie Goggins (William), Harriett White (Lamar), Doris Felton, Cassandra Brown and Tara Brown; aunts, Lizzie Joyner (Oscar), Mildred Harvey, Luella Harvey, Jessie Mae Cook, Jeannette Ross (Claude), Jennie Howell, Shirley Stokes, Ruby Harold, Bernice Bulter, Jimmy Glenn; uncle, Jessie Stokes, Jr. (Laverne); 18 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins; Godchildren, Janice Fields, Shanita Harvey, James Dunn, Jr. and Ray Brown, Jr. and a special friend, Barbara Ward.
