Bernard Curry Obituary Mr. Bernard Lamar Curry was born on August 12, 1980 in Jacksonville, Florida to Sarah Slaughter and Leonard Curry. He attended William M. Raines High School and was employed by Jenkins Quality Barbeque where he served for 2 years. He was well known for his generous spirit, pleasant personality, and was greatly loved by many. He was often the life of the party: bringing joy and laughter to all those who were blessed with his presence. He was preceded in death by his father Leonard Curry. He leaves to cherish in memory his mother: Sarah Slaughter (Michael); children: Miesha, Miquez, Kianni, and Bernard; sisters: Latrelle Harris and Ashley; brothers: Leonard and Anthony; Godfather: Royce Glenn; God sister: Gail "Nicole" Scruggins; Special Friend: Grace; Devoted Friend: Toyia McCaskill, and numerous nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, and devoted family members.
